Braised Pork Ribs with Dried Beans

Pork ribs that have been blanched.

Prepare the seasoning.
3.
Soak dried beans an hour in advance.
4.
Add seasonings and stir fry with hot oil in the pan to create a fragrant flavor.

Add the ribs.

Stir fry for a minute.

Put rock sugar, light soy sauce, cooking wine, soy sauce and continue to stir fry.
8.
Add boiling water to submerge the ribs, turn to medium heat and simmer for half an hour.

Add appropriate amount of salt to the dried beans and continue to simmer for half an hour.
10.
Out of the pan.
