Braised Pork Ribs with Fermented Bean Curd

Main ingredients: fermented bean curd, ribs. Accessories: vegetable oil, salt, ginger, soy sauce, rock sugar, star anise, peppercorns, cinnamon, nutmeg

Wash the ribs and cut into pieces

Boil in a pot under cold water

Sliced ginger

Crush the fermented bean curd block with a spoon, add some fermented bean curd juice and mix well

Pork ribs in hot pan with cold oil

Stir fry with cooking wine and soy sauce to evenly color

Add water, rock sugar, fermented bean curd juice to a boil

Tips:
Don’t add salt anymore, the fermented bean curd itself is very salty, add salt to taste
