Braised Pork Ribs with Mushrooms

Ribs are soaked and rinsed in blood

Wash the shiitake mushrooms and cut into large pieces for later use

Cut the onion into small pieces and set aside

Stir-fry the onions in a hot pan with oil to create a fragrant flavor

Add the ribs and stir fry

Add shiitake mushrooms and stir fry together

Add two spoons of Haitian soybean paste, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce

Add appropriate amount of water, a few rock sugar, boil over high heat and simmer for about 35 minutes on medium and low heat

Wash broccoli and cut into small florets

Bring to a boil, add a few drops of peanut oil, blanch the broccoli and remove it

The coriander ribs have been simmered for about forty minutes and are already thick. Try the saltiness and add salt to taste
