Braised Pork Ribs with Plum Sauce

Wash the ribs, shred the ginger, mince the garlic and set aside

There is a proper amount of water in the pot, after the water boils, pour into the ribs and blanch for a while until the color changes

Wash the pot and dry it with water, pour in some cooking oil, add ginger, minced garlic and sauté

Pour in the blanched ribs and stir-fry the ribs in the pan evenly

Add star anise and continue to stir fry the ribs

When the ribs are fried until golden on both sides, pour in a proper amount of water, preferably just under the ribs

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rock sugar, ice plum sauce in turn, wait for the sauce to boil in the pot, cover the pot, turn to medium heat and simmer

Wait until the ingredients in the pot are simmered until the sauce is thick, then serve
