Braised Pork Ribs with Potatoes

Wash ribs and blanch in cold water

Boil until the oil, blood, and water are floating

Then wash the blood floating powder with cold water, drain the water for later use

Wash dried chili, millet chili, ginger, garlic, Chinese pepper, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaf, cut and set aside

Cut the green chili and set aside for the final color

Cut the potatoes and set aside

Pour the oil in the cold pan and heat it up without hurting the pan

Pour in the ribs after the oil is hot, stir fry until the color changes

Then add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, and bean paste and stir fry until it is colored
