Braised Pork Ribs with Sauce

In a large bowl, put the ribs, 1 teaspoon of butter sauce, 1/8 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper noodles, 1 teaspoon of cooking wine, and 1/4 teaspoon of sugar into a large bowl. Grab the ribs with your hands. Sticky, leave it for about 30 minutes;

Boiling, add water, 1 teaspoon of salt and 0.5 teaspoon of vegetable oil, let the mushrooms have a little taste, put the mushrooms in the boiling water, and scoop it up for a while;

Raise the pot again, put cold water, 4 slices of ginger, immediately put in the ribs, let the water boil, boil for 2-3 minutes, rinse the ribs with hot water, filter the water for later use;

Add water about the same amount as the ribs, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper noodles, 1 teaspoon of cooking wine, and cover for a while;

After lifting the lid, add 2 tablespoons of sesame juice, seasoning, add appropriate amount of salt, add 1 teaspoon of water starch, harvest the juice over high heat, sprinkle a few drops of sesame oil, turn it over;

Put the ribs on top of the mushrooms and drizzle with the sauce in the pan.
Tips:
1. Don't put the juice in a hurry when there is a lot of water, because it has acidic materials, it will volatilize its sour taste if it is burned for a long time.
2. Put a few slices of ginger when frying the sugar color, it smells very good
3. If you think the sugar color is unhealthy, you can also start the pot, put ginger slices, pour in the ribs and cook. The rest of the steps are the same as those posted here.
4. You can make any brand of sauce, which is made in the United States. Domestic friends can use domestically produced sauces. Most of the sauces are available on the shelves of big shopping malls.
5. The ingredients of mushrooms can also be changed to other vegetables.
