Braised Pork Ribs with Tender Ginger Beer

Wash the ribs, drain the water, shred the ginger, use cooking wine, light soy sauce, and marinate with a spoonful of salt for half an hour.

Heat in a frying pan until it is six mature. Pour in corn oil, pork ribs and tender ginger, and stir-fry on high heat until the oil comes out.

Add appropriate amount of water and simmer on high heat for 25 minutes.

Just collect the juice over high heat.
