Braised Pork Ribs with Tomato and Loofah

Prepare the required ingredients

Rinse the ribs with water first, blanch them in boiling water for one minute, remove the blood impurities, and then rinse them with cold water and drain them (usually ribs will be cut when they are bought from a vegetable market)
