Braised Pork Ribs with White Radish

1. Materials ready

2. Pork ribs in a pot under cold water, add green onion knots and cooking wine, boil the bleeding water, remove and control dry

3. Cut white radish into hob pieces, slice ginger, peel off garlic

4. Heat oil in the pan, put the ribs and stir fry

5. Stir fry until the ribs are charred and put ginger slices

6. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, and stir-fry until the color

7. Mix with water, 2/3 of the ribs are enough, and boil for 40 minutes.

8. Add the radishes and continue to cook for 30 minutes

9. Add white sugar and heat up the juice

Tips:

1. Don't add too much water when braising the ribs separately, because the white radish will be stewed later, and the white radish will release a lot of water;
2. The taste of light and old smoke is enough, and the amount of salt must be appropriate.
