Braised Pork Ribs with White Radish

Pork ribs in a pot under cold water, add green onion knots and cooking wine, boil the bleeding water, remove and control dry

Tips:
1. Don't add too much water when braising the ribs separately, because the white radish will be stewed later, and the white radish will release a lot of water;
2. The taste of light and old smoke is enough, and the amount of salt must be appropriate.
