I made this roasted pork ribs with white radish combined with baby and my appetite with homemade chopped pepper sauce and tomato sauce. I didn’t expect the two to add together and taste very good. Braised Pork Ribs with White Radish

1. Prepare the raw materials.

2. Cut the ribs into small pieces.

3. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add a little cooking wine, put in the ribs, boil for two minutes, remove the ribs and set aside.

4. Cut the white radish into hob pieces.

5. Cut the ginger and garlic into slices, cut the shallots into small sections, and cut the green onions into chopped green onions.

6. Heat the pot and add a proper amount of oil to heat to 60% heat, add homemade chopped pepper sauce and tomato sauce and stir fry.

7. Add ribs, green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry.

Tips:

1. If there is no homemade chopped pepper sauce, you can use finely chopped bean paste instead;
2. When frying, stir fry for a while to make it delicious;
3. Add boiled water after frying. If you add cold water, the pork ribs will become hard when they are cold;
Fourth, the seasoning contains salt, so do not add additional salt.
