The ribs I bought this time brought a lot of crispy bones. After braising, the bones were crunchy and squeaky. It was very exciting. Although winter melon is put into the pot late, it is burnt soft and delicious, and it tastes meaty. The texture of alternating soft and hard is very rich, and it is even more enjoyable to have a bite of fresh and tender pork ribs. The dishes with meat and vegetables satisfy the taste buds and are also healthier.

7. Add salt and fry evenly, cover the pot and continue to cook

8. Peel and remove the winter melon, and cut into hob pieces
