Braised Pork Ribs with Winter Melon

Wash the ribs and cut into pieces, blanch in the pot, remove and drain the water

Start the frying pan, brown sugar into the pan and fry the sugar color

Stir-fry pork ribs

Add green onion, ginger, aniseed, and bay leaves and stir-fry evenly

Add salt and fry evenly, cover the pot and continue to cook

Peel and remove the winter melon, and cut into hob pieces

Cook the ribs until 9 minutes cooked, and put the winter melon into the pot and cook. Boil until the ingredients are cooked, turn off the heat, and enjoy.
