Braised Pork Rice

Soak the shiitake mushrooms, wash the rice, carrots, ginger, and chopped green onion, peel and wash the taro, cut the pork belly into small pieces, dice the taro, carrot, and mushrooms, smash the ginger, and cut the chopped green onion into cubes

Put the pork belly in salt, sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, peanut oil, cooking wine, starch, ginger, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes

Put the taro, carrots and mushrooms in the pot and stir-fry, add soy sauce and salt, and stir-fry well

Put it in the rice cooker, add an appropriate amount of water (slightly higher than the ingredients), and press the cooking button
