Braised Pork Stew

All materials are washed and cut for later use.

Put the oil in the pan to preheat for two minutes.

Add pork belly and fry until browned.

Sprinkle in sugar, green onion, red pepper, soy sauce, five-spice powder, and fry all ingredients for 2 minutes.

Add the persimmons, and continue to stir and fry with salt for two minutes.

Add the beans, yam, and fry for 2 minutes.
7.
Pour it into a pressure cooker and press the tofu for 30 minutes.
Tips:
You can add more red pepper if you like it spicy.
