Braised Pork Trotters

Wash pig's feet and remove hair

If you like to make spicy flavor, you can have more pepper

Remember to slap the garlic flat~ This will make the taste better~~

Put the pepper, garlic, ginger, dried chili with oil and sauté (personally prefer to use lard)

Put other spices in the pot and fry together

Join pig's feet

Add in oyster sauce and dark soy sauce and stir fry until the pork feet are slightly yellow

Add clean water and water should be just under the pig's feet

Simmer over low heat until the water is slowly dried up, you can add some water in the middle

You can sprinkle some chopped green onion or sesame after serving
