Braised Pork Trotters

1. Wash pig's feet and blanch it in water

2. Pour in salad oil and heat

3. Add ginger garlic chili saute oil

4. Pour in the trotters, stir fry and add salt

5. Pour the shiitake mushrooms and stir fry

6. Add half a spoon of brown sugar to remove the fishy

7. Fierce cooking wine

8. Add dark soy sauce to taste and color

9. Add some dried pepper

10. Add enough water and simmer for 2 hours

11. Cover and simmer
