Braised Pork Trotters

Prepare the ingredients.

After the pig's trotters are slaughtered, the blood is removed, the water is controlled, and the ginger slices are heated in the oil.

Stir fry a few times, add aniseed, star anise, cinnamon and other spiced ingredients in the mouth, add 13-spicy and light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and some bean paste.

After the stir-fry, add cold water. It is better to have the trotters. When the water is boiled, turn off the heat and simmer slowly for more than 2 hours. Add the green onions and kelp after the stew.
