Cover the pressure cooker and turn off the heat 15 minutes after SAIC (leave 5 minutes to cook radishes, students who don’t like to add radishes, turn off the heat 20 minutes after SAIC to cook). TIPs: According to personal preference, putting lemon or dried orange peel in the pot is said to release the collagen of the trotters and make the taste more delicious.
11.
Pour the radishes in the pressure cooker and close the lid. Turn on the fire and turn off the fire 5 minutes after SAIC. Can be out of the pot.
Tips:
After the pig's feet are boiled and washed in cold water, and then stir-fried with the ingredients in advance, the grease in the pig's feet can be removed, so that the final pig's feet will not be fat at all. The white radish is added to the trotters to make it more nutritious (enhance immunity, anti-cancer), and the white radish after being stewed together is delicious.
