Braised Pork Trotters

Add the cooking wine to the trotters and blanch the green onion and ginger.

After blanching, cut the pig's feet into small pieces.

Start the pan and cook the oil, add rock sugar and fry to make the sesame oil color.

Add the pig's trotters, stir fry, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, soy sauce, stir fry evenly.

Add water to the trotters.

Add onion ginger, red pepper, star anise, cinnamon and bay leaves.

Turn the high heat to a low heat and simmer for an hour.

Add salt and simmer for another half an hour.
9.
Just collect the juice over high heat.

Out of the pan.
