Braised Pork Trotters

The pig's feet are cleaned up,

Add ginger slices and cooking wine and boil for 5 minutes to remove.

Stir-fry rock candy on a small fire,

Put in trotters and ginger slices,

Cover the trotters with sugar,

Pour in cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce,

Bring to a boil with water, throw in the brine bag,

Low heat for 90 minutes, remember to turn over during the period,

Just use the pressure cooker for half an hour to save trouble,

Take out the split halves and brush with honey, and bake at 200° for 20 minutes.
Tips:
The steps are not complicated, there are a lot of main aniseed items, but there are not so many. If you have one at home, just use it!
