Braised pig's trotters in sauce---the protein contained in pig's trotters; after a variety of sauces are mixed, they will be stewed together to have a particularly rich flavor. The more the soup is cooked, the stronger the flavor, whether it is served with rice or beer.

Braised Pork Trotters with Sauce

2. Put water in a boiling pot, add pig's feet and pepper to cook for 5 minutes, then pick up and clean the foam and pick out the pig's hair

3. Zhuhou sauce, light soy sauce, southern milk, salt and mix thoroughly

4. Heat oil in a wok and sauté the ginger, chives, cinnamon and star anise first
