Braised Pork Trotters with Sauce

1. Wash pig's feet

2. Add the right amount of water to the pot and put in the trotters and ginger slices

3. After the water is boiled, the color of the pig's feet can be removed and washed again

4. Add cooking wine, shallots, ginger slices, pepper, and dried chilies to the automatic cooking pot

5. Add dark soy sauce, salt, sugar

6. After adding the trotters, add the bean paste at the end

7. Add appropriate amount of water and mix well

8. Press the button of "collecting juice. Fermented bean curd hoof", the default time is 1 hour and 40 minutes

9. When the time is up, put the trotters out of the pot and pour the juice over
