Braised Pork Trotters with Soybeans

Soak the soybeans overnight.

Soaked soy beans.

Wash the trotters with water (put ginger slices on the trotters).

Put the trotters and soybeans in the rice cooker and simmer for two hours. Put rock sugar, light soy sauce, ginger slices, salt, and oyster sauce for two hours and then put them in 500 ml of water.
