Braised Pork with Black Garlic and Beans

Prepare all the ingredients, put a little vegetable oil in the pot to burn red, pour in chili, garlic, pepper, black garlic, pepper

Stir-fry until fragrant, then pour in the pork, stir-fry the pork until its color changes, add a little water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer until the moisture is dry

Boil for about 20 minutes. The water is almost dry. Pour in the light soy sauce, add some salt, and the water will shrink. Sprinkle with a little sugar, turn off the heat and set it for later use.

Pour the pot to boil red and add some vegetable oil. Pour in the potatoes and carrots and stir fry together, as shown in Figure 8, and fry until they are colored. Pour in a bowl of water (Figure 9). Bring to a boil on high heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Pour in the cooked meat and stir fry, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and salt, double for 3 to 5 minutes to turn off the heat
