Braised Pork with Bracken

Add vegetable oil to the pot, add the pork and stir fry until the color changes

Add onion, ginger, garlic, star anise, bay leaves and angelica dahurica and saute until fragrant

Add cooking wine and dark soy sauce and stir fry evenly
