Braised Pork with Carrots

Heat the oil pan and pour the pork that has been marinated with light soy sauce and sugar.

Stir-fry the pork until the color changes and add the carrots that have been cut into thick slices.

Add green curry and stir fry evenly.
4.
Add appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and simmer until the carrots are soft.
5.
Put a little salt and chicken broth to adjust, then turn off the heat and serve.
