Autumn is the season for chestnuts to mature. Chestnuts are sweet in taste and warm in nature. They enter the spleen, stomach and kidney meridian; they have the effects of nourishing the stomach and spleen, strengthening the kidneys and muscles, and invigorating blood to stop bleeding. Braised pork with chestnuts combines chestnuts and braised pork with braised pork so that their respective delicacies can be brought into play. It is a good autumn health preservation product.

1. Prepare materials
