Braised Pork with Chestnuts
1.
Put the chestnuts from which the hard shells have been removed, and boil them for 3 minutes. The thin skins can be peeled off. Wash the pork belly with skin and boil it in water.
2.
Cut the pork belly into cubes about 2 cm in length and stir-fry until the surface turns yellow.
3.
Chop the brown sugar, add it to the oil and fry it into syrup, then add the ginger pat.
4.
Add the chestnuts and pork belly, add star anise, dark soy sauce and salt, add water and simmer until cooked and simmered in water.
Tips:
It is recommended to stir-fry the pork belly more to remove the fat, and the taste will be better.
