Braised Pork with Chopped Carrots

Main and auxiliary ingredients: sausages, carrots

Chop the sausage and green onions

Wash the carrots and rub them into short filaments with a wiper.

Heat oil and sauté chopped shallots.

Add the chopped sausage and stir well.

Add carrots and stir fry

Add an appropriate amount of water to a boil.

Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes, until the carrots are soft and rotten.

Season with a pinch of salt.

Press the spoon repeatedly to crush the carrots to turn off the heat.

Put it out of the pot and serve it to taste.
Tips:
1. If making carrot puree, use a cooking machine to puree it and serve.
2. Carrots must be roasted and soft to taste.
