Braised Pork with Ci Mushroom

Wash the pork belly and Chinese wild rice, cut the pork belly into pieces, and peel off the skin of Ci mushroom

Put the pork belly in a pot, add cold water to boil, blanch for 2 minutes, remove and wash, blanch the mushrooms in boiling water for 2 minutes to remove the bitterness

Add a little oil to the pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir to get a fragrance

Pour in pork belly and stir-fry for a while, add cooking wine and soy sauce, stir-fry evenly, add appropriate amount of water

Add rock sugar, turn to low heat and cook for 30 minutes
