Braised Pork with Hemp Oil

Prepare the ingredients, wash the pork belly and cut into mahjong pieces

Heat a pot with Yishutang hemp oil, sauté ginger slices, garlic, pepper and star anise

Pour in pork belly and stir-fry until both sides are slightly charred, add cooking wine or white wine, soy sauce, rock sugar

Transfer to a casserole with a proper amount of boiling water, and simmer for an hour on a slow heat. It is important to turn over frequently. On the one hand, it is evenly colored, and on the other hand, avoiding pigskin sticking to the pot. Just sprinkle some pepper and salt before serving

Tips:
I use Yishutang hemp oil to copy. The taste is really good and it can prevent constipation. Also, I omitted a frying sugar coloring process and put rock sugar directly in. I think the color is also beautiful. Don’t put too much soy sauce, otherwise it’s braised. The meat becomes charcoal roasted
