Braised Pork with Mei Cai

Put the ginger, tangerine peel, and star anise in the water to boil

After the water boils, blanch the pork belly and remove the color.

Then put it in a casserole and cook for 20 minutes.

Drain the water, don’t pour the water used to cook the pork belly, wait for a while and set aside

Boil a red pot and add oil and sugar and cook until golden

Put the drained pork belly into the pan and fry

Join the soy sauce and continue to stir fry

At about the same time, pour the soaked dried plums and stir fry together

Add the water used to cook the pork belly to the uncooked noodles and continue cooking

You can serve it until the water is dry and the side dishes are added!
Tips:
When frying the sugar color, be sure to keep stirring until the saccharification changes color, not too burnt
