Braised Pork with Mushrooms

1. Cut the pork belly into pieces, boil in a pot under cold water, and set aside.

2. Cut the soaked shiitake mushrooms in half and set aside.

3. Put the oil in the pan, fry the pork belly with small and medium cremated sugar, then add the ginger and garlic slices and continue to saute.

4. Light soy sauce and soy sauce 2:1, stir fry the meat evenly and evenly color.

5. Add hot water to the ingredients.

6. Bring the mushrooms to a high heat, then turn to medium and low heat and continue to cook for about 45 minutes.

7. Season with salt and collect the juice over high heat.
