Braised Pork with Pickles

Cut the pork into pieces and marinate for later use.

Wash the pickles, chop and fry them until fragrant and serve them on the plate.

Heat the pan with oil, sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Saute the pork until fragrant.

Add pickles and sugar and continue to stir fry.

Cover the pot with a suitable amount of water and simmer.

Season after cooking, sprinkle with pepper, drizzle with sesame oil, and serve.
