The dried plums in the stewed pork with dried plums are not bought, but the relatives own raw and dried them. Apart from the seasoning, the dried pork with dried plums is provided by my relatives. What a favorite dish!

Braised Pork with Plum Dried Vegetables

1. Soak the dried plums in advance, wash and cut them for later use, cut the pork belly into large pieces, and use water

2. Put a small amount of vegetable oil and brown sugar in the wok, fry until the sugar melts and then pour in the pork belly

3. After the pork belly is stir-fried evenly, add sliced ginger and garlic, rice wine and soy sauce and stir-fry for a while

4. Then add the dried plums and stir fry for a while, pour all the ingredients into a casserole, add a small amount of water, add salt, and cook until the meat is soft on medium and low heat, and finally sprinkle with chives.
