Tips:
1. It is best to use a non-stick pan. When the water in the pan is dry, continue to fry until the meat comes out of oil again, otherwise the meat will taste like boiled and not fragrant;
2. The potatoes must be soaked in water in advance to remove the starch. The salt can be divided into two times. The first time, put a little less, and add it before the pot is not enough.
