There are many ways to cook braised pork, authentic and not authentic. Regardless of the taste, it will be delicious... This time I used local pork, the meat tastes really delicious! No water was added in the process, just stir it out. The oil is boiled to the end... the most terrible thing is that the vegetables are directly fried with this base oil, what's inside, it's super delicious!!

Ingredients

1. Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces with a hob

2. Fat and lean forelegs, cut into small pieces separately

3. Heat the pan, pour the fat part first, and stir-fry to get the oil (the meat will not feel too greasy after the oil is stirred)

4. Pour in the lean meat part, potato wedges and garlic cloves, and stir fry for a while

5. Add salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, chicken powder, white sugar, and stir-fry evenly. Add a lid and cook until the potatoes are overripe. After the potato braised pork is put on the plate, the remaining oil in the pot is directly used to stir-fry seasonal vegetables and vegetables ( The cabbage stalk I used), super delicious
