Braised Pork with Potatoes and Sauerkraut

Peel potatoes, wash and cut into pieces, wash and shred sauerkraut (sauerkraut shreds forgot to take pictures)

Cut the pork belly into pieces, blanch in a pot under cold water, then remove and wash

Tips:
1. Cut pork belly into pieces about one centimeter square, and blanch it to remove fishy and blood foam
2. When adding water, the amount should be larger, and the meat will be softer and more glutinous after being simmered for a while.
