It's delicious! A dish that the whole family likes to eat. Recently, because of the epidemic, I haven't eaten meat for a long time, and my son's saliva was dripping out of the dish I cooked today! Every time you burn a child, you can eat all the quail eggs!

Ingredients

Braised Pork with Quail Eggs

1. Take out the pork belly, drain it, and set aside!

2. Put the drained pork belly into a pot and fry on a low fire. The two sides of the fry are yellow, and the extra oil from the fry is placed in a bowl. Next time, the vegetables will be delicious! After frying, add the auxiliary ingredients, ginger, garlic, bay leaves, cinnamon, peppercorns and stir fry!

3. Stir-fried pork belly put light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, rock sugar, simmer for a while, then pour in boiling water and boil for 5 minutes, then turn to medium-low fire and simmer for 40 minutes!

4. To prepare quail eggs, I said that I boiled and peeled them, or I can buy ready-made quail eggs.

5. Put the quail eggs in 5 minutes before the pan, then pour in the starch water, collect the juice over high heat!

6. Collect the juice and sprinkle garlic leaves on it and it's ready to be out of the pot!

7. Out of the pot and plate!

Tips:

For friends who love meat, this is simply delicious and greedy. The pork belly must be fried on both sides, so that the aroma of the meat will come out. When frying, you must drain the water, otherwise the oil will splash everywhere. You can also put eggs in the meat, but the taste is not as good as quail eggs!
