Braised Pork with Radish

Ingredients: pork belly, white radish.

Accessories: ginger, garlic, dried chili, star anise, cinnamon, grass fruit, pepper, rock sugar, brown sugar.

Rinse the pork belly with clean water and blanch it in a pot under cold water.

Cut into small pieces.

Put the pork belly in a pot and stir-fry on a low heat to obtain the oil, then pour some of the oil.

Add rock sugar and brown sugar, stir and melt, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce to stir fry and color (I used a bit more soy sauce this time, the color is a bit darker).

Add spices.

Add hot water without meat noodles, bring to a boil over medium heat, turn to low heat and simmer.

Cut the white radish into pieces with a hob.

Put it in a pot and cook together. When it's almost done, add salt to taste.

Collect the juice over the fire and get it out of the pot.
