Braised Pork with Red Dates

Prepare the ingredients

Cut the pork belly into 3cm cubes

Bring water to a boil, pour in pork belly

Add green onion, ginger slices, 1 spoon of cooking wine, remove the fishy, blanch for about 3 minutes, remove and rinse with cold water

Heat the pot without adding a drop of oil, pour in pork belly, stir fry on low heat, and add cooking wine several times to get rid of fishy, until the excess fat is fryed out and discarded

Add various spices and stir-fry evenly

Add the boiling water over the pork belly, simmer for 30 minutes

Add red dates, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, rock sugar to taste, continue to simmer for 1 hour

Finally, heat up the juice, add appropriate amount of salt according to the salty and sweetness of the pork belly

Tips:
There are only three ways to make delicious stewed meat:
1: There is no need to add edible oil for stir-frying pork belly, because in the process of stir-frying, the pork belly will slowly ooze excess fat;
2: After this dish boils the ingredients on a high fire, keep it on a low heat and simmer slowly. In this way, the stewed pork belly will be more fat and not greasy;
3: When stir-frying pork belly, you can add cooking wine several times to greatly remove the meaty smell.
