Braised Pork with Southern Milk

The main ingredient is pork belly.

Prepare a wan, mash the fermented bean curd, add southern milk, salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, rock sugar and stir well for later use.

Wash and cut pork belly.

Garlic ginger star anise, ready to be cut.

In the pot, stir-fry the pork belly until slightly yellow, add garlic, ginger and star anise until fragrant.

Add the previously prepared sauce and stir fry.

Then add water. (The amount of water is just less than meat)

Cover and boil, turn to medium-low heat and simmer until the soup is almost thick.

Open the lid and collect the juice over high heat.

Finished product.
