Braised Pork with Tangerine Peel

Materials are ready.

Wash and cut pork belly.

Add cold water to the pot, bring to a boil, add pork belly, 2 slices of ginger, and cooking wine. Blanch for 5 minutes. Remove the cold water and drain the water for later use.

Tips:
Light soy sauce and dark soy sauce have a salty and light taste, so no salt is added. Heavily added according to the amount.
