Braised Pork with Yuba

1. Soak the yuba first, remove and drain, cut into a hob shape, and set aside.

2. Take the white garlic from the bottom, wash and cut into sections, set aside.

3. One piece of rock candy is enough, too much will be too sweet, mainly fried sugar color!

4. Wash the pork belly and cut into pieces of the same size. Add oil to the pan. When 70% hot, toss the star anise, sauté the cinnamon, and then stir-fry the meat to get the oil until it is browned.
