Braised Potato Ribs

Ribs are cleaned and blanched for later use

Heat the oil in the pan, add the sugar, fry until melted, change color until frothy

Add the ribs and stir-fry evenly, add the dark soy sauce to mix

Add star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves and stir fry evenly

Add boiled water and minced pork ribs
6.
Add scallions and sliced ginger
7.
Simmer for 40 minutes
8.
Peel and cut potatoes
9.
Put in the cooked ribs
10.
Add salt to taste and stir fry evenly
11.
Simmer for 5 to 8 minutes
12.
Put in a bowl
13.
Put chopped green onion and eat
Tips:
1. Sugar color must be foamed before it is easy to color
2. Soy sauce soy sauce with 1:1 grade
3. Be sure to use boiling water
