Braised Prawns

Wash the prawns after thawing, and cut off the prawns

Prepare the seasoning

Use a knife to open the prawns and pick out the shrimp thread

Pour olive oil in a hot pan, warm oil and add ginger and garlic until fragrant

Then add the shrimp to medium heat and fry until cooked.

Put the tomato sauce in a separate pot and fry it for a fragrant flavor (use a non-stick pan)

Pour in boiling water and boil, add salt

Add sugar to adjust the sourness, try the taste, and adjust while adding

Then return the shrimp to the pot, turn to low heat and simmer until it tastes good, then turn off the heat and bring out

Put it into a bowl and sprinkle with white sesame seeds and chopped green onions, then serve
Tips:
1. When the prawns are large, use medium heat so that they will not burn the shell.
2. Opening the shrimp back makes it easier to taste.
