Braised Prawns

Wash the prawns and remove the shrimp threads. Marinate with cooking wine, sugar, shredded green onions, and shredded ginger for ten minutes.

Chop the green onion, ginger and garlic, mince and set aside.

Stir the cooking wine, light soy sauce, and sugar in a bowl and set aside!

Tips:
You don’t need to add salt. Soy sauce is salty. If you like tomato sauce, you can add more
