Braised Prawns in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

Shrimp cut off the shrimp tail and shrimp tip

Use a toothpick to pick out the shrimp intestines from the second section of the back of the shrimp

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan, put the prawns in half-fried half-fried until the color changes

Leave some oil in the pan, add tomato sauce and fry

Add minced ginger and fried shrimps and stir fry until each shrimp is coated in tomato sauce

Add cooking wine, sugar, light soy sauce and salt, stir well, add a small bowl of hot water, cover and simmer for 3 minutes

You don’t need to collect all the juice and leave a little bit to turn off the heat.
Tips:
If it is difficult to pick the shrimp intestines with a toothpick, just open the back and take it out.
The degree of sweet and sour can be adjusted according to personal taste.
