Braised Pumpkin
1.
Cut the pumpkin into pieces, pour oil in the pan, add the pumpkin and fry slowly
2.
When the pan is cooked, pour in oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and some chicken juice. Pour a little boiled water, cover the pot slowly, and let the water dry
3.
Seeing that the water in the pot is less, pour chopped green onion and minced millet pepper, and stir fry again
4.
A simple plate of braised pumpkin is just fine
Tips:
Don't fry the pumpkin if you don't want to have too much. Pour a little oil and fry it slowly. After the seasoning is put, if there is no water in the pot, just boil the water, and finally boil the water to dry.
