Braised Pumpkin

About half a pumpkin, wash, cut, remove the flesh, and cut into sections.

Heat the pan, add oil, and when the oil is hot, pour in the pumpkin. After stirring for one or two minutes, add an appropriate amount of water, and it is advisable to boil the pan for ten minutes without drying. Add small octagonal petals. Add salt, soy sauce, cooking wine and other condiments, and cover. After the water boils, turn to medium and low heat.

Tips:
