Braised Pumpkin with Scallops

Peel the pumpkin, remove the capsules and seeds, and wash and cut into pieces.

The scallops are soaked in water and torn into silk.

Put a small amount of oil in the pot, heat up, add scallop shreds, stir fry and add ginger and garlic.
